Clay pot chicken is a globally known Chinese dish

In a pot, take some oil over medium heat. Add
chicken and sausage and fry for few minutes. Stir properly until you get proper
golden color. In separate pan take some oil and put garlic, make it golden
color. Put entire rice, chicken, mushroom, water, sauce etc. Season it properly
with fresh pepper. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Keep lid on for next 10-15 minutes.
Now you can server with onion, garlic and sauces.
